This policy describes what personal data we collect through missioncontainer.com, for what purpose and on what legal basis, and what rights data subjects have.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is Agralex Sp. z o.o., registered at Redło 57, 78-320 Połczyn-Zdrój, Poland. For data protection matters: kontakt@agralex.pl.
What data we collect
We collect only the data you provide yourself in the contact form or the configurator: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, country, and the content of your enquiry together with the container configuration you selected. We do not store the IP addresses of people filling in the forms.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), where consent is the basis for phone contact or sending product information.
Retention period
Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to perform any resulting contract, and afterwards for the limitation period for claims. Marketing consents are processed until they are withdrawn.
Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers operating our IT and e-mail infrastructure, under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, restrict or port it, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
Cookies
By default the site stores only the cookies necessary for it to work and to remember your consent choice. Visit statistics are switched on only after you give consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.
Changes to this policy
We update the policy as the site changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
